We offer Garden Rooms for all budgets and specifications, designed around your unique needs. We personalise every element to create a space that enhances your home and supports your lifestyle.
Drawings & Specifications
Our design drawings, including floor plans and elevations, make it easy to picture your Garden Room. We’ll assist with external finishes, lighting, flooring, furniture, and provide electrical layouts.
Planning Permission not required
Max. height of 2.5 metres within 2 metres of the boundary; no more than half the area of land around the original property; not forward of the principle elevation. For more info please contact us to discuss.
Building Reg’s not required
It is not used as separate accommodation; min. 1 metre from the boundary if more than 15m2 or constructed mainly of non-combustible materials.
